The staff I dealt with were amazing. Marie on phone so helpful. I was ordering a swing for a daughter with special needs. She went above and beyond with locating this swing (last in stock). She advised on the delivery to my home in Dublin and kept it there a couple of weeks. Excellent for taking calls and I feel very reasonable delivery fee. On the day the delivery chap again, could not have been more helpful. The delivery was within the expected hour time frame. Great service. Extremely customer focused. Will watch their web site as great end of Season offers. Thank you to all the staff . Clare

Excellent service. The items were very well packed and fast delivery. Only issue was that the courier service left the package in the open (rain) when we specifically asked to place it in a designated dry spot if there was no one at home.

Stakelums have beautiful laminated timber floors and are very good value for money. As you can see in my room photos I have a Beautiful Dublin Oak which really complements the room. So worth paying a visit to here if you are looking for any type of flooring. Staff are brilliant and so helpful too. Fantastic customer service all the way through.
